Monday Mischief

Maggie: Is Griffin really coming with us? Duke: The big goober is on my leash. Griffin: Hey, there's a roof window!
Griffin loves car rides, so he hopped in the back of the Element when we were leaving my parents' farm today. It took a few minutes to convince him he wasn't going, Maggie and Duke had to get out first.
Maggie: If he's in here I'm out. Duke: I'll wait for him to get off my leash.

Nature's Variety Instinct Raw Boost Minis

Maggie: What's in the box?
Maggie couldn't wait to see what treats we received to review from Chewy.com for review.

Duke: I'm sitting, can I have a treat now?
Chewy sent us Nature's Variety Instinct Raw Boost Minis in Duck Formula. The ingredient list:
Duck (Including Ground Duck Bone), Turkey, Turkey Liver, Turkey Heart, Pumpkinseeds, Apples, Carrots, Butternut Squash, Ground Flaxseed, Montmorillonite Clay, Broccoli, Lettuce, Spinach, Dried Kelp, Apple Cider Vinegar, Parsley, Honey, Salmon Oil, Mixed Tocopherols, Olive Oil, Rosemary Extract, Blueberries, Alfalfa Sprouts, Persimmons, Inulin, Rosemary, Sage and Clove.

Maggie: This smells yummy! Duke: That's cardboard, weirdo.

Maggie and Duke couldn't wait to try them! They had a very faint pleasant smell, so it was funny how interested the dogs were. It proved that dogs really do have a much better sense of smell.

Maggie: Is that 2 treats, is one for me, what do I need to do? Duke: Can't look away, are my eyes crossed?
The treats are small, about kibble size, and are only 2 calories each, which makes them the perfect training treats for any size dog. The dogs were definitely paying attention.
Duke: NOM!

Nature's Variety Instinct Raw Boost Minis in Duck Formula are made in the U.S. from quality raw ingredients, smell great and the dogs loved them. They're on sale for 28% OFF right now at Chewy.com, and Chewy is even offering free shipping on orders $49 and over. Chewy is also offering 20% off your first autoship order, so you never have to worry about running out to pick up treats or food.

Edited to add: I would not recommend these treats for dogs with sensitive skin or itchy feet.
Maggie's feet have been incredibly itchy and she is going on a very limited ingredient diet.
Of course Duke is fine, he's our normal dog, at least when it comes to food. :)
