Faceplant

Not really sure how comfortable Duke is.

His snoring is cute, though muffled.

Maggie and Duke are a little tired from running around in the snow.

  1. We sometimes have conversations like this, how comfortable a particular sleeping position could possibly be.

They're so adorable, sleeping like bookends!

  4. That is such a cute napping position, Boomer does that here and I just love it. You'd think they would wake up with a neck cramp or something though!

  6. Aww, maybe his nose is still cold from being outside?

    They are so sweet together.

    1. That explains why he was honking me with it before the face plant. :) Thanks, they're definitely best friends.

  7. Our (deaf) Azule does that too! She'll lay with her forehead on the couch and I always think of the complete sight and sound deprivation when she does. She doesn't snore like your Duke, but she does grind her teeth on occasion.

    1. Wonder what she is dreaming about? Maybe marrow bones?

  8. HAHA! Georgia sleeps like that too. I wonder how they breathe in there. Maybe they're trying to hide their noses from unpleasant smells like farts.

  10. My dogs do that too sometimes and then they have such a hard time breathing. It must be cold to have a wet nose:/

    1. Oh no, it's scary when they have trouble breathing!

It doesn't help that Duke sticks his whole face into the snow. :)

  11. I love the butt touch sleeping approach! It's like reverse spooning.
