Mischief Monday: Land Shark & Baby Ti-gwah

The noble shark waits for its prey to appear.
Are we done yet? More cheese please!
Yeah, tiger dogs like cheese!
This tiger hat is too big!
Maggie: RAWR, I'm a tiger!  Duke: That's a little scary.

Not even close, I'm the Baby Ti-gwah around here.

Catit Bench Scratcher

The Dude loves his new extra big tiger fort from! sent us the Catit Bench Scratcher  to review. It's cute and well built and comes with a pack of catnip! The catnip brought The Dude out of his new chewy box to investigate.

Is that catnip I smell?

Flipped over on the dismount.
The catnip tends to fall straight through the holes in the cardboard and onto the floor below, which was pretty obvious after the fact. Don't put the scratcher on a rug that you are trying to save!

Tennis ball for size comparison.
The cardboard is really well glued and sturdy, it's held up to a month's worth of use from all 4 cats. It's a great size for the 7 and 8 pound cats, but a little small for the 15 pound Dude.
That won't keep him off it, even if he can't stretch out.

Yeah, this is for me.

Overall we recommend the Catit Bench Scratcher, we give it a 4 out of 5 for sh-medium size cats and a 3 out of 5 for big cats. The catnip falling right through was the only negative.
The Dude loves for sending him the awesome new tiger fort, which is just his size.
