Black and White

This week we're featuring two of the black and white cats at Buddy Dog Humane Society . This is Penny, a 10 year old female DSH (domestic short hair).

She is a friendly and independent cat who likes to sit next to her people instead of on them, which is great with summer coming up!

She used to play hide and seek with the dog at home, and would like to have another dog or cat to play with at her new home. She likes to play with toys, and with running water!

She is a fun and active cat and would love to be part of a new family soon.
The above picture is Puggy,  a 3 year old DSH and the current greeter in the Buddy Dog lobby. He has a great purr and is Mr. Personality. He is extremely friendly and cuddly, but prefers to be the only cat. He was found as a stray and is FIV+, information on FIV can be found at this link :http://www.bestfriends.org/theanimals/pdfs/cats/catfiv.pdf.

New twin pack!

This is Chelsea, a 1 year old female Shepherd mix. She and her adorable sister Sassy came to Buddy Dog and would love to find a home together!

They are both shy and need a family who has the time to help them get used to things like living in a house for the first time. Seriously, they had never lived in a house, or even been on leash walks before they came to Buddy Dog! You can train them to be the dogs you want as they're warming up to how great life can be in a real home.

Chelsea and Sassy love being together and are pretty easy to tell apart. Sassy has more tan on her face and usually has one ear up, as you can see in her picture below.

If you would like to be able to truthfully say "Yes, they are from the same litter" and have a matched set of really nice dogs, call or visit Buddy Dog in Sudbury, MA!

Maggie too!

Aaaggh! This is the cutest other Maggie, available for adoption at Buddy Dog Humane Society.

Good thing we can't have two Maggies, because she is so adorable! She is a shy one year old pointer mix who will need time to get used to all of the different things she'll encounter in her new life.

Our Maggie was so shy that there is no way we would have gotten a big smile like this in the front office of Buddy Dog, so this Maggie already has a head start!

Rock Dogs

What is taking Maggie so long?

Maggie thought she saw a squirrel....or a kittay!

Duke sees it too....

Maggie sees another kittay!

The crack dogs survey their domain.
