Daylight Savings

Hey Lady, it's kind of early.
I used to hate daylight savings. It felt like it took weeks to get used to the time change.

Maggie, Duke and the Mr.

The great thing is that it's light enough to take a walk through the fields and woods after work!

Maggie: Um, where did Duke go? This could be a trap!

There's the puppy!

Is that a squirrel?
What's taking you guys so long?

  1. How nice that it's still light enough for walks when you get home. Maggie and Duke look like they like it, too. :)

    1. They definitely like the fields & woods better than walking on the road. :)

  3. Hunting squirrels is just the best. Our clocks go back in a while as we are still on Winter time.
    Have a marvelous Monday.
    Best wishes Molly

    1. They're lunge lines for horses! They're a lot sturdier than the thin cotton dog training leashes, and cheaper too. :)
At least you don't need a leash at the dog park!

  5. I've never lived where there is Daylight Savings - does that mean you get an extra walk, or one less walk?

    1. We get a longer walk in the woods instead of a short walk at night on the lighted road.:)

  8. We all agree with you, that extra daylight after work is really nice, especially after working 12 hours.

  9. I used to hate the switch to DST, too, but with Larry, having that extra bit of time to make it to the dog park in the evenings is SOOOO nice.
