Nose Warmer

Ozzy: This spot seems a little weird today.

Kind of lumpy.

Duke: My nose is finally starting to warm up.

Duke had fun smooshing his face into the fresh snow earlier. Hope it's not snowing where you are!

Faceplant

Not really sure how comfortable Duke is.

His snoring is cute, though muffled.

Maggie and Duke are a little tired from running around in the snow.

After the Blizzard

It's still cold in the morning

Hope the scary snow blower doesn't come down the trail.

Maggie isn't sure this is safe.

Made it! That wasn't so scary.

Let's go see the neighbors' yard.
Maggie: Something smells good.    Duke: Is that a kitteh?
It's a lot of snow, but we can handle it.

Blizzard!

In the beginning, Friday afternoon

This morning

Duke: What the ....
We are not amused
Yeah, 4 wheel drive this...

We're not going anywhere, the drifts are up to the hood of the Element! It looks like it's finally stopping, now we have to dig out. So far 2 friends have broken their snow blowers, luckily one house is right up the street so we can get to them. Mr. Man to the rescue! Off to help shovel....

Mischief Monday & Ozzy Update

Gratuitous tiger in a t-shirt pic
The mischief this weekend was computer deciding to snap, crackle, smoke and die Saturday AM instead of turning on. At least it was more interesting than a plain old software crash. Picked up the new one tonight, luckily they managed to recover most of the data off the old hard drive, so glad it wasn't completely fried. That will teach me to back everything up to the external hard drive!

Goofy poodle cut & The Dude

Ozzy is healing up really well, the t-shirts managed to keep him from taking out all of his stitches at once. He still managed to take them all out before his 2 week checkup, but the vet thinks Oz looks good in spite of himself.  The fur is finally starting to grow back on his legs and tummy. So glad it was just a cyst and nothing to worry about long term.

Thish poodle cut needsh to hurry up and grow out already...
